The Opportunity-Processing Loop

The repeatable SOP for turning raw community activity into handled outcomes: spot → categorize → route → comment → edge-check.

Underneath good stewardship is a loop you can actually write down. Spot the signal (a need, a risk, an opportunity). Categorize it (welcome? question? conflict? lead?). Route it to the right person or resource. Comment to set tone and close the loop with the member. Edge-check: did this stay inside the community's values and edges?

Writing the loop as an SOP is what makes stewardship teachable and delegable. It turns a thousand judgment calls into a shared, improvable process — and it's the backbone of both your automation and your apprenticeship program.
